What is AI Request?
A safe marketplace where clients post paid projects and creators compete with short public teasers. AICuevana holds the money in escrow until the work is approved.
How are winners chosen?
When the application deadline ends, the client reviews every public teaser and picks one winner. If none convinces them, the project can close and everyone gets treated fairly.
How is my money protected as a client?
You pay half up front and the other half only after choosing your winner. The money stays in escrow and is only released to the creator when you approve the final delivery — or automatically if everything is on time.
How do I get paid as a creator?
Once the client confirms 100% of the budget, you upload the final video directly here. When the client approves it, your earnings — minus the platform fee — are credited immediately to your AICuevana balance.
What if the client doesn't pay the rest?
If the selected winner isn't paid on time, the project is cancelled and the creator receives a compensation from the deposit already paid. Fairness always comes first.
What if I disagree with the delivery?
You can request changes within the allowed rounds, or open a dispute — the AICuevana team reviews everything and decides a fair outcome for both sides.
How do ratings work?
After each completed project, client and creator rate each other. Ratings are blind — nobody sees the other's review until both have rated. Your AI Request ranking grows with every successful project.
