We understand that voice and image cloning technology (Deepfakes) is a powerful tool for entertainment. This policy governs the creation and distribution of synthetic representations on our platform.

2. Definitions

A "Deepfake" or "Digital Clone" refers to any multimedia content (audio or video) altered or generated using Artificial Intelligence to realistically resemble a real person, whether living or deceased.

3. Permitted Use ✅

The use of digital clones is permitted for purposes of parody, satire, entertainment, and artistic expression, provided that they do not violate the restrictions section and that their AI-generated nature is apparent.

4. Strict Restrictions ❌

Deepfakes are strictly prohibited for: defamation, fraud, identity theft (phishing), creation of non-consensual explicit content (CSAM/NCII), malicious political manipulation, or extortion.

5. Use of Celebrities

The use of public figures and celebrities is subject to parody and freedom-of-expression laws. However, if a public figure makes a substantiated request for removal due to serious harm to their image, the platform will evaluate the removal.

6. User Responsibility

The creator assumes all legal and moral responsibility for any Deepfake they upload. The platform operates as a passive technical intermediary.

7. Disclaimer

All content in the AI section is presumed to be fictional. We display a notice to viewers stating: "The content here is created with artificial intelligence."

8. Moderation and Removal

We will remove, without prior notice, any Digital Clone that we determine crosses the line into targeted harassment, dangerous misinformation, or blatant violation of personal rights.

9. Removal Requests 📧

Individuals who believe their image rights are being maliciously violated may contact us through the official channels to request an urgent review of the matter.

10. Experimental Technology

Due to the novel and experimental nature of these technologies, standards regarding what is and is not acceptable are constantly evolving and will be adjusted according to legal and social consensus.

11. No Verification of Reality

We are not obligated to investigate or certify whether the events depicted in Deepfakes actually occurred in real life. It is the viewer's responsibility to exercise their own judgment.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Deepfake Policy at any time to adapt to new international legislation concerning AI and digital rights.

13. Jurisdiction

Any dispute related to hosted Deepfake content shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction specified in the general Terms and Conditions.
